Thursday, July 2, 2009. I have officially been here for a week! I know my dad will be interested in knowing how the food is, and it is GREAT! Our meals are prepared by a few Indian women from the village, so it is truly authentic to the south. Most of the time I have no idea what I am eating, but it is always delicious.
