Saturday, September 3, 2011. 上个月初，波德申县的大水管爆裂，造成全波县制水。详细的报导请参阅此 网页. 由于，我森州的房东没储存到足够的水，带来许多不便，我平日用水量多，制水对我而言简直是世界末日，哈哈。 因此，得到朋友和双亲的同意之下，我暂住芙蓉的酒店两天。回顾制水差不多一个星期的日子，也是一个经验。每天在工作的话题总离不开它。居民们逢见面就问，如何清洗？到哪里用餐？最关心的是，水源什么时候恢复正常？无形之中，大家都体会到水对我们大家是多么的重要。因此，在短短制水的几天，大家都学会节俭用水。人总是这样，当失去了某某东西，方知它的可贵。 当时很多居民都到芙蓉用餐，深怕波德申餐馆的水不卫生。许多餐馆也因制水而暂停营业几天。所有波县居民叫苦连天，最糟糕的是我居住的屋子。由于屋子在最后一条小巷的最后一间房子，水务局的员工还没进到我住的地方就把水给派完了。 休息时间，就观赏寰宇电视节目，上上网，聊聊天，又是一个难忘的精彩生活。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Wednesday, July 20, 2011. 今天，我到教育局参加一个讲座会。乘着午休，就到各层参观，因为教育局刚刚搬新的办公室。一踏入第二层，官员就和我们谈起昨晚发生的怪事。 我原本不相信的，过后拿出种种文件来证明，让我感到惊奇。教育局的官员告诉我们，要多来看看他们，因为昨晚发生的怪事，太不可思议，百思不解。之后，他们拿出不同的文件，并告诉我们昨晚又不明物体，拿了一个官员的印章，把第二层的文件都盖上印。我们向他们说可能是人家的恶作剧，不肯能有人进来办事处捣蛋的。 最令我们惊奇的是，其中一包包裹里的纸张也被盖上印，而且报告还是未经打开。整个包裹还是包得密密实实，不可能撕破，盖印之后又包回去的。 为什么会这样？太不可思议了，难道有不明物体出现？有待查询，探个究竟咯！！ Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Saturday, January 22, 2011. 去年认识到一位老师，她向我提起她学校每年的挥春比赛，都允许小朋友穿花衣。当时傻乎乎的我，竟然不明白花衣是什么，还莫名其妙地问她，幸亏身旁有一位朋友向我解释，我实在关在‘森林’多时，很多东西都赶不上时代的步伐了。哎，真失败。 今年，在得到校长的允许之下，从挥春比赛至颁奖礼，校方都允许小朋友穿上红色的衣服，以增添新年气氛。当我一宣布这消息时，很多小朋友都感到很奇怪，为什么一定要穿红衣、也有一些小同学问是否可以穿旗袍、甚至有些小朋友说他们家里没有红衣等，我不知该说好笑还是我的指示不明确。依据华裔习俗，我们都认为红色代表吉祥，好运。因此，每逢佳节都少不了红色的装饰和服装。哎呀，原来很多小朋友还不晓得红色的意义。 看！小妹妹们穿起各别的新年衣服，笑容也显得特别灿烂！ 每位同事也趁着这特别的机会，都穿上别致的传统服装，很多同事穿上不同设计的旗袍，把新春的气氛带来学校，十分漂亮！ Links to this post. Sea-Coconut and Ginseng Soup. 6 pieces fresh sea-coconut, skinned and sliced thickly. 12g hairs of ginseng roots (Cantonese: yeong sum soe). 3 pieces liquorice (kam choe). 5 honey dates (mat choe), rinsed. 120g honey rock sugar. Bring water and yeong sum soe and kam choe to a boil for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat and add honey dates, sugar and sea-coconut. Simmer over medium-low heat for 40 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave to cool.
