Phase 1 – Chugach Foothills Connector

Phase 1 is from Klutina Drive to Regal Mountain Drive. Upgrade of existing community trail with gravel grading and boardwalks over wet areas. Anchorage Park Foundation Challenge Grant of $20,000 has been awarded. We need $20,000 in matching donations of money, materials, and labor. Construction begins summer 2016. Phase 2 is from Regal Mountain Drive to Campbell Airstrip Road. This is the left side of the map below. UAA Civil Engineering students are finishing up their design study report and will be presenting it on June 22nd. At that point we will seek grant funding and donations. Some will be given out for donations and others will go to our student engineers. Contact her through Facebook Messenger if you would like one. $20. Drop off items to between 11-1:00, April 23rd at 8521 Little Dipper, 3220 Evergreen or 8060 Resurrection. Invite your friends to come and shop on April 30th. See flyer for details.
