Wednesday, September 7, 2011. We found them, thank goodness. I stumbled upon this recipe a few weeks ago, and Ben and I have stopped looking for a pancake recipe to call our own. Here it is! 1/2 cup all purpose flour. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. 1/4 cup flaxseed meal. 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1 1/4 cups buttermilk ( I have just been using regular milk and adding a TBSP or 2 of lemon juice). 1/4 cup pure maple syrup.
