Just another WordPress.com site. Laquo; Hot summer days. When U think there’s no break…triple digit….Ahhh the rain! Getting the word out. July 16, 2011. Well…I give in! Anyway, here is what I did with the red bell peppers. they were roasted, peeled and mixed with a little olive oil and set aside. Came home from work…mmmm! Sauce was ready. I cooked some angle hair paste and added some of the sauce. Boy! It was good. A little kick with the chili but ooh so good. I had enough sauce for three days...I did...

I really did not measure anything. Hah! My usual way of cooking. I will end up making it again just to get the right proportions. Row of baked half peach. They have been talking about their projects at home for many weeks now so it was fun to get a chance to see them. Jesper's class has been working with electrical circuits. Daily Adventures of the Irwins. A new way to keep friends and family updated. Thursday, April 25, 2013. After sports break we thought we were going to come home to spring, but boy were we wrong. It turned out that we got another bonus month of winter. We enjoyed sunny days on Lake Mälaren and then a second week up in the mountains skiing. On the way back home to Västerås we stopped at my dad’s place for a couple of days. One morning we woke up to more snow…April 7. Malin got some new shoes to show for it.

Daily Adventures of the Irwins. A new way to keep friends and family updated. Monday, February 13, 2012. We just had a wonderful winter weekend. Saturday we went to a ski resort about 1.5h north of Västerås, Romme Alpin. After skiing in the slopes at home it was nice to ski on some longer slopes again, slopes that did not just take a few seconds. We usually ski in Romme one day per season. We had announced that we were going to have an open-house so people could come spontaneously, but we were not sure how many would come. It was great, relatives and friends showed up, young and old. Time to get some exercise and some fresh air; Vemdalsskalet next. Skiing from morning to late afternoon for 6 full days. One day we went to another ski resort nearby, Björnrike.
