Body and Sheet Metal. The first part of the brake system that I overhauled was the Bendix Hydrovac Power Booster. I did extensive research on the web and finally found Reman Incorporated. A company specializing in brake components and. Obsolete and hard to find parts. They were very helpful and provided me with all the parts necessary to do my own overhaul of the Bendix Hydrovac unit. Body and Sheet Metal. The heater assembly was in pretty tough shape when I removed it from the firewall. True, it was functional, but the whole inside was rusted as well as the outside. Plus, there was evidence of coolant leaks around the inlet and outlet tubes of the heater core. This was a fun project to do over the winter months and I've included some details of the restoration of the heater core. In lube section of manual. 10 Throttle bell crank. 12 Brake and clutch pedal springs. 13 Power brake air cleaner. 14 Propeller shaft slip joints. 2 places as required. 4 places as required. 4 places as required. Drain after 1st 1,000 miles. Check every 1,000 miles.
