The Red Dot(s): March 2010
http://thereddotsstory.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Three Forms of Crystal to Get to The Great HIGHway. At least I was able to blame it on the speed. It started at what was supposed to be band rehearsal. We went to our studio off of Taylor and Ellis and were greeted by another band, Crystal Antics, in the hallway. They were taking a smoke break talking about the stupid-ass Supreme Court decision to give corporations people status regarding political contributions. (Quick not: Really? Corporations are not people! Martin, what the hell was that. Kristal yel...

The Red Dot(s): Buena Vista's Legendary Pink Dots
http://thereddotsstory.blogspot.com/2010/03/buena-vistas-legendary-pink-dots.html
Buena Vista's Legendary Pink Dots. Now, I know that that isn't real. A condo may be a two and that historic house may have been a one. They weren't equal, and they weren't balanced. Some one or some thing tipped the scales each time, and I am beginning to realize I am one of those tippers. We all are. My red dots keep making me quite aware of this fact. What can I actually do. That I see red dots? Does he see how lost I am and in return feels lost too? Maybe I am like the red dots: always shaping things ...

The Red Dot(s): January 2010
http://thereddotsstory.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
December 1, 2009. This entry was written in my journal on December 1, 2009. I went to a holiday party last night. It had a large Christmas tree, an abundance of sushi, and a chocolate fountain with a variety of treats for your dipping pleasure. It ended horribly. It was a complete misunderstanding. Yes, I am the one who cause it, but I swear it was the dots that made me do it. (God do I sound crazier than ever.). Soon enough, I was back in their living room sitting between the fireplace and the tree stri...

The Red Dot(s): December 2009
http://thereddotsstory.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
December 27, 2009. Alright friends. I know. I know. I have been horrible at updating you all about Red Dots. My apologies. I have been swamped with work during the holidays, and our band is practicing almost three times a week. There is one story about what I did at Trannyshack Star Search that you don't want to miss. Sandra O Noshi-Di'nt was definitely not happy. Just stay tuned. I promise I will get to it. Really, I do. November 27, 2009. It was the same red dot I found in my journal two days before.

JW Reports: Where Are Queer Men in Fabulis' 2010 Survey of Gay Men's Online Habits?
http://jwreports.blogspot.com/2010/03/online-gay-male-in-2010-survey-from.html
Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Where Are Queer Men in Fabulis' 2010 Survey of Gay Men's Online Habits? Posted by Jason Wyman. I love my community of queers, freaks, youth workers, and artists. I love the non-conformity, questioning of authority, and out of the box thinking of these folks. They are my brethren and comrades. They are the people I am proud to be among. Today, a friend posted through Facebook the following Fabulis online survey about gay male online habits. I knew by seeing the title of the surve...

The Space Between...: Precisely Not I
http://thespacebetweenstories.blogspot.com/2010/10/precisely-not-i.html
Tuesday, October 19, 2010. But that is not me nor am I there. I am simply here with a bit of coffee left in the cup and a boy passin by in a hot pink t-shirt wearing a sparkly blue Diego backpack. The Space Between...: August 2009
http://thespacebetweenstories.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 9, 2009. An Open Letter to Michael Lane. I am at the Des Moines Art Festival helping my best friend Michael with the Interactive Art Station. They have two projects: a "cray-pa-your-own square" of a mural of the city's skyline and a "create your own" skyline silhouette. The Festival is just kicking off today after many months of planning and hard work. I am sitting here on the sidelines just watching and transcribing what I see. I hope I have an ounce of his humility. I hope others...In be...

The Space Between...: December 2009
http://thespacebetweenstories.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 31, 2009. Lost and Found in Limbo. But we all knew that while the infinite might seem possible, it was in fact as imaginary as Transformers. There was no Krypton or Gotham or castle. It was just two chairs with a blanket hung between them and me dancing in my Batman. Underoos. And while our imaginations soared, it was bound by the limits of heterosexual masculinity. It was always a princess that needed saving, a war that needed waging, a clear division between right and wrong. Shortly ...
