It's definitely better to set a goal on how you want to look and not pay as much attention to the number on the scale. If you're a solid 135, you could be smaller than a flabby 129. Goal Weight for 1/25 – 159. Exercise so far this week – 3 sessions (2 running/walking, 1 yoga). Goal for week of 1/19 to 1/25 – 7 sessions total (4 running/walking, 3 yoga). Goal weight for 1/31 – 156. Goal weight for 2/28 – 147. Goal weight for 3/31 - 137. Overall goal weight – 130. January 22, 2009 at 5:17 PM.
