Trudging towards 130 and other random things. Thursday, January 22, 2009. Jenny is such an example… (Yea, Jen! I have to go ahead and post my numbers now…. Current Weight – 160.5. Goal Weight for 1/25 – 159. Exercise so far this week – 3 sessions (2 running/walking, 1 yoga). Goal for week of 1/19 to 1/25 – 7 sessions total (4 running/walking, 3 yoga). Goal weight for 1/31 – 156. Goal weight for 2/28 – 147. Goal weight for 3/31 - 137. Overall goal weight – 130. January 22, 2009 at 5:17 PM.

Mmmm, baked Cajun salmon, roasted asparagus and brown rice. Seriously a good dinner tonight! So I've been challenged today. My husband, daughter and I are going to compete (with ourselves) over the summer to achieve our goals. There will be no 1st 2nd and 3rd, just have you met your goal? I LOVE food, so finding something that is satisfying AND good for you is something I thought didn't go hand in hand.until Clean Eating Magazine and the Eat Clean cookbooks. Oh, I love them!
