I have let myself go so far that cardio is a real challenge at this point. As I started this journey, just one flight of stairs would have me panting like a dog. So I am taking baby steps, working daily to build up my endurance. To began, I am taking several walks each day, pushing myself a little more each trip until I tolerate more prolonged activity.
