One Over One Hundred: October 2005
http://oneover100.blogspot.com/2005_10_01_archive.html
One Over One Hundred. I moved from The Big Easy to a place about 13 blocks from Sokol Underground in Janurary of '04. My normal week in the Crescent City included at least 4 hours of live, musical entertainment. I logged 31 acts over the 10 days of Jazzfest '03, not counting the ones I played with or saw at the fairgrounds. I need live music. In increments of 1%, I am finding fulfillment in Omaha. Textual and photographic submissions can be submitted to sandstep@cox.net. Saturday, October 29, 2005. Photo...

NEB NEB: The Bitten Word
http://nebulousnebraska.blogspot.com/2008/07/bitten-word.html
Nebulous Nebraska. Hazy, vague, indistinct, and confusing. Thursday, July 24, 2008. I have to give kudos to these guys at The Bitten Word. As Andrea can attest, I have been a long-time subscriber to several food magazines. They are piling up in our living room as we speak. Do I make any of the recipes found in them? Are resolving to put their food magazines to use. And, I applaud them. Check out their BBQ Chicken post. Food porn. I read dead people. Whoa is this really you, bronson? In the Line of Fire.

Sunday, April 24, 2005. Maben, Mississippi. Gay Burchard's Fruit Stand. When customers aren't visiting with him, Gay sits in the chair in the foreground and watches the 1970's console TV which is situated between the tables. Gay's cooler is only stocked with Faygo soda, mostly red. Behind Gay Burchard's Fruit Stand. 10 points go to anyone who's ever had or even heard of Double Cola. Not me. Pontotoc, Mississippi. Downtown. A happy BBQ chef pig. Posted by Clifton @ 4:37 PM. Friday, April 22, 2005. Crimson...

Nonstop to Mississippi: Fat Camp = Awesome Camp
http://nonstoptomississippi.blogspot.com/2006/02/fat-camp-awesome-camp.html
Sunday, February 19, 2006. Fat Camp = Awesome Camp. You see, I should be working on my presentation for Boston right now, but instead I have stumbled upon a little jewel of an MTV production called Fat Camp. I will go on record right now and say that MTV documentaries are great: True Life, Made etc. They all hold me in total tv captivity. Thank god there isn't a station devoted to MTV documentaries or I would get nothing done. Posted by kate @ 8:39 PM. Comments: Post a Comment.

Sunday, February 27, 2005. We finally caught up with our last Netflix shipment. We have been so busy these past couple of weeks that we have been neglecting our ever so important movie watching. Do you want to end a BRILLIANT film career with that? I digress). And John Cazale wasn't as gross as he usually is in other films. He just was a cool, dorky dude. Again, I love so many movies from the 1970s.watching this just only reinforced my love even more. So netflix, I love you. Posted by kate @ 8:41 AM.

Sunday, August 29, 2004. HERO: We were pretty excited about the release of this film. Unfortunatley it was a letdown. The next in a string of modern day kung fu pictures, this one was actually made by the people who brought us Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. The filmmakers forgot that it takes more than picturesque settings to make a good film. This is the first kung fu film I have ever wanted to yell 'BOR-ING! Posted by Clifton @ 9:33 PM. SATURDAY IN TUSCALOOSA: We found the rumored 'huge thrift store'.
