I’ve heard several times that losing weight at this rate isn’t healthy, but I don’t really have control over how fast I lose. I figure, as long as I’m eating healthy, my body will do what it wants to do. And this is definitely encouraging. So calorie counting is a very new journey for me…and the beauty of it is that it will be easier to associate it with a lifestyle change than following Atkins. I’m allowed to have a sweet once in awhile, as long as I fit it into my allowed amount of calories. So…lets actually post about the journey today, shall we? And I truly hope that everyone’s goals are met this year! Now about my current weight loss status, I have terribly failed at Sugar’s challenge😥 Instead of 4 Kg weight loss, I have actually gained 1.5 Kg! And I totally blame myself and winter for that😀. I aim to Shed…. Of course the extra kilos :). November 20, 2013. Well, my first running event participation was a success and I did much better than I had thought before actually running. I completed the 8K in 70 minutes, which is not that great, but still I’m happy with it, considering it was my first time! Have too much work in office and then have to help the husband with his part time course project (which is definitely interesting). As every project, the deadline is near and we are not done yet😀. So this is my typical rountine these days:. Wake up and curse myself for waking up late. Walk to office (which is around 1.5 Km). Start working for the project. And then go back to sleep (late😦 ).
