Here's my favorite corn bread recipe:. 1 cup Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix. 1 cup yellow cornmeal. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 188; cup honey or agave nectar. 1 cup almond milk. 188; cup butter or shortening. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, combine Baking Mix, cornmeal, and baking powder. In a 2nd bowl mix honey, milk, eggs, butter.
