Life in the New Republic. Star Wars: A New Hope. Was released when I was 19 years old and Ive been hooked on the series ever since. What I have found in the intervening years is that the Jedi philosophies of Star Wars. Have become a useful analogy for my life, particularly since my son was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome- hence "Life in the New Republic". Friday, March 31, 2006.
