Take a step back in time through the Museum’s new Entrance Building to the pioneering days of the Wairarapa. The Cobblestones Regional Early Settlers Museum is located in Greytown on the original site of the stables operated by Cobb and Co and the Hastwells to provide a mail and passenger service between Wellington and the Wairarapa from 1866. The Museum's name comes from the well-preserved cobblestone courtyard beside the entrance building and inside the Hastwell Stables.
