4 Tbsp Half and half. 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese. 1 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese. Small handful of cherry tomatoes, halved. Spring of basil for garnish. Salt and Pepper, to taste. Butter or cooking spray. Butter the baking dish. Gently crack the eggs into the dish, being careful not to break the yolks. Add the half and half, cheeses, and tomatoes. What is awesome is that I have the most wonderful wife that a guy could have. I’m sitting here in an event I’m truly not part of after having been led on for 3 weeks. I’m watching a slide show of happy people and everyone around me is secure in their positions while I’m hanging on. The thought is both terrifying and strangely intriguing.
