What is social media? Twitter still not scratching the surface. Just seen a little bit of research that says only 16 of the UK’s top 100 companies are using Twitter (although 57 have signed up and I guess 41 are still working out how best to use it). It’s still early days of course but you can be sure that there staff will be and it beggars belief that they don’t have someone in the marketing department using it.
