Green Peas - 1/2 cup, cooked and mashed coarsely. Green chillies - 1 tbsp, chopped. Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp, chopped. Ginger - 2 tsp, chopped. Chilli powder - 1/2 to 1 tsp.

On the Menu : Indira's Gongura Pappu. Anitta's Naadan Mutta Roast. Egg curry) - but i made a slightly drier version than what she has. A close-up of the Gongura pappu - i don't even need rice with it. it's tasty as-is and I have it like a thick soup. My white pumpkin uses were usually limited to Olan. Or as an addition to Morkuzhambu.
