Back and ready to attack! | A San Francisco Giants Minor League Blog
https://minorgiants.wordpress.com/2008/09/15/back-and-ready-to-attack
A San Francisco Giants Minor League Blog. Back and ready to attack! Actually I’m still getting back into the swing of things. The last two weeks without internet have been surprisingly undull– I got a lot of reading done– and with the Giants decidedly out of the playoffs, I haven’t felt the need to follow the games online. But now that I’ve got ole lappy back from the shop, its back to feeding my baseball obsession. Has Schierholtz’s stock fallen? Feed You can leave a response. From your own site. ItR...

Update | A San Francisco Giants Minor League Blog
https://minorgiants.wordpress.com/2008/09/05/update
A San Francisco Giants Minor League Blog. Sadly, still no working laptop. Also to compound that, my office computer is communal (I am a graduate student… this is your education taxes at work) and I haven’t had the time to post or even peruse the lines. One bright note, I did recieve a call from Kevin Pucetas asking me to buy playoff tickets. Hopefully everything will be resolved tomorrow. A San Francisco Giants Minor League Blog. Sorry for the delay in posting,. My laptop’s power source went kaput, so it’s in the shop for the next couple of days. This means I’ll have to post from my office, which has no windows. Alas. This entry was posted on Sunday, August 31st, 2008 at 2:01 pm and is filed under Miscellany. A San Francisco Giants Minor League Blog. I know what you’re thinking. Lines from two days ago? I can barely remember yesterday! If it’s any consolation, I can barely remember yesterday either. A San Francisco Giants Minor League Blog. Addition, Subtraction, and other fun activities. If there is one thing that General Managers Brian Sabean and Billy Beane have in common, it’s that both buck convention. Billy Beane does so with the flair of a virtuoso– he sees the ghost in the machine, the numbers within the numbers, like Hoffman’s idiot savant from. When the chips are down, he makes it rain (or so I’m told– I never could sit through that movie in its entirety). But when it came to position play...

A San Francisco Giants Minor League Blog. It’s not Wednesday, but. 8230;there’s been a lot of action in the blogosphere, so here are some quick links. Adam from The Prospect Corner has written his analysis of the Giants’ Top 5 Pitching Prospects. It’s a fine list. The only quibble I have with him is Henry Sosa, as I’m rather high on him. Courtesy of MCC, a link. To the signing of Leonardo Ochoa, a 48th rounder from Canada. And finally, a new blog. And a relatively new San Jose Giants fanblog. Notify me o...
