Wednesday, May 20, 2015. Bye, Bye Gym. So snip.there it goes. Thankfully I have been doing really well with my home workouts at night. Only skipping one night in the last week. AMAZING for me. And I am feeling so much better adding in strength training. It is making a huge difference. I have been working all summer long training for it and it is done and over with today! In the last month alone I shaved a minute off my miles and that is pretty good! Even with hills.
