Saturday, August 22, 2009. Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole. 2 cups cooked cubed chicken (boil it or used canned chicken). 2 cups ham (I buy it already cubed from the store or cut up lunch meat). 2 cups uncooked instant rice. 2 cups sour cream. 2 cups grated cheese. 2 cans Cream of chicken soup. PREHEAT oven to 350. MIX all ingredients except for Ritz. Put in a 9x13 baking dish. SPRINKLE Ritz and onion salt on top. COVER and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until crackers are well toasted. Ham N Egg Skillet.

Easy Chili (even Jonny will eat! 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 1 heaping Tbsp flour. 1 - 15 oz can kidney beans. 1 - 15 oz pinto beans. 1 - 15 oz black beans. 1 - 16 oz can tomatoes. 1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce. 2 Tbsp chili powder. BROWN ground beef and onion. Drain grease. Salt and pepper to taste. SPRINKLE flour over ground beef mixture. ADD remaining ingredients and simmer 2 - 3 hours. Tip - serve with fritos, grated cheese, and sour cream. View my complete profile.
