Whole Wheat Pancakes (– from my sister, Sheryl Halls, adapted from my mother's recipe). 2 C whole wheat flour. 1 1/2 C. milk (3/4 c. milk 3/4 water okay too). 2 Tbsp. baking powder. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir by hand until well blended. Cook on a lightly oiled grill. Or 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice and 1/4 tsp. almond extract. Jayson, Kim, and Lotta Carlson.

A few weeks ago, we (us and Shelly) decided to hike up to the caves at the top of Mt Timpanogos. It was a beautiful day, gorgeous hike and a the caves were really cool. He is getting so big and changing every day and constantly making me do a double take at him because I just cant believe he said or did something so big! Paxton is almost 22 months old.
