Did about 7 miles at Watershed park in some epic spring weather. Trail repair was finished and felt great for the whole walk. Walked with a little water and ate a good breakfast. March 21, 2014. Was hoping for sushi today but our meals gotta a little displaced so the mighty spag bowl is on plate tonight! The great proceed food is erm going okay we’ve had some hiccups but I’m trying my hardest to stick within the lines. Song: wear sun screen – Buz Lurmen. Ramblings of a crazed blue eyed wench. March 1, 2014. Song: “Be my Yoko Ono” Barenaked Ladies. Weather: sunny (yay) with a slight chill. Exercise: a solid yoga practise also it's Backbends madness in march on Instagram I'm so doing it but not posting the picture. I was going to but I hate how I look in it. Also day one of the fitness blender low impact 4 week fat loss program🙂. It was a warm up, there test and then a cool down🙂 I really like these guys and am looking forward to getting in to it🙂.

I’ve given myself 3 months to recover from giving birth to the mini, mini me’s and now I’m giving myself a year to get back in to shape so I can hit my awesome 30 goals🙂.
