We've had a pretty busy summer - 'spose it's about time I blog about it! I'll start with the places we've traveled this summer. 1: Iowa over Memorial Day Weekend to celebrate my Grandma Kalsbeek's 90th birthday! Monday, April 22, 2013. Easter seems like so long ago now but I still wanted to document the holiday on here.especially because I HOSTED my very first Peters' holiday party! That officially makes me a grown up. :) It doesn't quite count though because Uncle Steve, Aunt Dawn, Jordan and Jenna couldn't be there AND Shelly and Ryan and the girls, of course! Quick story: I cooked my very first ham and was a lil nervous about it even though my mom had told me that it's. It tasted wonderful, thank goodness!

Tuesday, August 21, 2012. Cory's brother, Cam, and his girlfriend, Jenny, visited us earlier this month for a week. We had never met Jenny before so we were SUPER anxious to meet this girl who we've heard, oh, so much about. The verdict is in aaaaand.we love her. Nice job, Cam! We had a blast getting to know Jenny and doing all sorts of fun things together. We had a jam-packed week and we're STILL pooped from all that we did with them.here are the highlights:.
