Thanksgiving in New Hampshire. We headed to New Hampshire to spend Thanksgiving with my sister and family. On the way to get groceries, we stopped by an alpaca farm and were given the tour. A kiss from Cooper. Look how untrusting Lizzie is. They're wondering why he's wearing lambs wool. We took the girls out in the forest to gather nature to make a centerpiece. The girls really liked the crook in this tree and wanted their picture taken. Sophie LOVED running free in the forest. Anna loves the ocean.

A quick visit to Utah. We went to Utah last weekend for Zach's sister's wedding. Stupidly we didn't take any photos to share, but here are some from the other things we did. We went hiking near Red Butte Gardens with Zach's family. After all my years living in Utah and never seeing a snake, we saw two that day. A small water snake and a good-sized rattler. Yikes! And we thought Missouri was wild. We got to meet Troy's newest member of the family. A beagle puppy named Copper. So cute. Kate with her pup.

Zach had the opportunity to participate in the National Arts Festival in South Africa this summer and since my goal was to travel to Africa by the time I was 30, I had to go along. Here is a random spattering of photos in random order from our trip. We were lucky enough to go on two safaris and spend a beautiful day in Cape Town. License plate of our safari vehicle. White lion and cub. Zach, Reggie and Erik at the lodge for lunch. The only primate we saw (besides each other). Can't remember what this is.

We LOVE the Beach! We had so much fun our last week in Hawaii. We could not get enough of the ocean and the sand. We spent time at Waimea Beach and Sunset Beach a lot. Waimea's famous jumping rock. The view from Waimea Bay, you'll also see this view in the movie Soul Surfer. We spent a lot of time finding the best Hawaiian Shaved Ice.
