Glass Artist – Mosaics and Fusing. Good Day at the Kiln. December 28, 2009. After 2 back to back failures at the kiln finally a good day when I opened it up . LOL! I am not sure where I am going with these but working on some wine themed pieces. I guess I need to stare at them for a bit more before the rest of the idea takes shape. Now back to making more grapes! From → Uncategorized. Larr; New Fusing and Mosaic Glass Project. Wine Carafes completed… →. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.

Folk Art Papercuts by Suzy Taylor: November 2013
http://suzy-taylor.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 5 November 2013. I've been asked to create a large commission as a surprise anniversary present for a couple, depicting their children and grandchildren. It's quite a complicated piece, incorporating many different elements. The challenge on this piece was very much the designing of it. I've started cutting it and I think it looks like it's going to be ok, thankfully! Posted by Suzy Taylor. I finished the first Turtle and managed to get another one done as well! http://suzy-taylor.blogspot.com/2014/02/how-to-mount-papercut-easy-way.html
Sunday, 23 February 2014. How to mount a papercut - the easy way! Probably one of the most frequently asked questions I get, is how on earth do I mount my work - as they're so fragile. Well, after many experiments, this is the most trouble-free method I have worked out and doesn't involve spray-mount or handling a sticky, gluey papercut. Fool-proof! 2 Lay your template piece of paper on the table and place your papercut ( right side facing down. 5 Turn over your paper and VOILA! 6 If any parts of your pa...
