Update on my friend: after his surgery he did well but then suddenly took a turn for the worst which was when I asked for prayers. Well they worked! He is now up and walking and eating and probably will be joining me on this floor soon. I still have two friends that need a transplant and I pray there day will come soon. The musings of a 24 year old heart patient…. Restoring Faith in Humanity. August 27, 2015. 1 month and 13 days post transplant! I recently had a biopsy on Monday and I got a text from my transplant coordinator saying that the biopsy results looked great! She will be calling me tomorrow with more details and information on the future plan but those words are all I need to hear! 🙂 Thank you everyone for your continued thoughts and prayers during these visits! Thanks to the youth for my special heart one!
