The Dirty Dozen Food Guide. Recipe of the Week. Recipe of the Week. Fat: 1.4 grams. 1 cup oat flour. 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 8oz berry flavored baby food. 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2 Mix dry ingredients(oat flour, vanilla whey protein, baking soda, salt, baking cocoa) together in large bowl. 3 Mix wet ingredients (egg whites, truvia, berry flavored baby food, water) together in medium bowl. 4 Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.

The Dirty Dozen Food Guide. Recipe of the Week. Thursday, June 23, 2011. Feeling pretty good today! My hamstrings are still a bit sore. Did 1:15 cardio today between the elliptical and the bike. Did a 10 minute burpee challenge and I am teaching class tonight. My nutrition is pretty solid lately. For a while there I had a huge sweet tooth! But I am only human so I gave in a little! But I did it pretty good with Jamie Eason's brownie recipe! Devin has a game baseball game at 8. Stay CRAzy!

The Dirty Dozen Food Guide. Recipe of the Week. Thursday, June 9, 2011. I measured in on Wednesday. And I gained in all my measurements! Still hitting the scale at about 116! So that means all my gains were muscular. :) Wow. It really just gives you sooo much more motivation to keep hitting the workouts hard! My training is going great! I am off creatine for a cycle now. I think I have more energy now! Please keep your fingers crossed for me. I know I will get this! Well that is all I have time for today!

The Dirty Dozen Food Guide. Recipe of the Week. Sunday, July 3, 2011. I woke up this morning and got out of bed like a grandma! All these different workouts that I have been doing are paying off! I start back on my creatine cycle tomorrow! Can't wait. I am still trying to add about nine pounds. Challenging, but I believe that I can do it! Almost finished the zen/goal room! Just need to paint! From getting electrocuted to instant freezing, jumping into a pool of ice water. Running up the steepest hills, most wet and muddy! Crawling in and out of mud, swimming, and running through fire! The Dirty Dozen Food Guide. Recipe of the Week. Saturday, April 30, 2011. Training was absolutely amazing today. PR ( personal record) on 3 of my lifts. Plus 14 miles on the bike. I am starting my creatine cycle again on Monday. And I am also starting my marathon training program. It is a 10 week program to get ready to kick ass at the Tough Muddder in Wisconsin, at Devil's Head! I can not wait! Don't worry. It will not all be grumpy feelings!
