When it comes to sleep, having a baby it’s not a good thing. We spend hours trying to put them to sleep, and they actually fight against that! I’ve never known anything like it. And I’m sure that if you have a baby you know exactly what I’m talking about. And the problems can go from type 2 diabetes to depression, and sometimes you can also have a cardiovascular disease or obesity on your way. Question is: How is it possible for them to have a good nap, but not a long stretch of sleep, let’s say: 8 hours.

Luana has already travelled by plane, more than most of the other members of my family, and yes of course I’m talking about the little ones. How much crying is normal? Baby Rolling Face Down In Her Sleep. Is this something to worry about? I think it is. Last night she was crying every hour, and when I went to check for the first time she was on her tummy, facing down, but was sleeping. That worried me to be honest, but I think she was crying maybe because she couldn’t breath properly. Looking it up on the internet there is a risk. It is called SIDS – Sudden Infant Death Syndrome! Now, that’s scary! I will keep my eyes open while she close hers!
