Wednesday, August 8, 2012. And a few days later, I tried to get Karlee to say it and found out whitney had taught her something else.she said ." I . Love. Whit eeee! I know this wont be the last of Whitney around our house. Im sure we will be calling her weekly, and having her over every once and a while to babysit on weekends, but we will for sure miss her while we learn our new day to day routine without her. Painting the Roses White: Bathroom Update
http://www.paintingtheroseswhite.com/2010/08/bathroom-update.html
I have to be honest and admit that what I thought would take a weekend has turned into a 3 week ordeal! The tiling part was by far the easiest part of this reno believe it or not! Since we are SO close to crossing the finish line on this one I thought I would do a quick update on the floor portion and leave the final reveal for a later day. Then I screwed down a sub floor with 1/4" plywood. Hey lookie who is helping me? Yes a rare sight but I had to snap a photo of this! It's definitely not perfect but i...

Painting the Roses White: November 2010

What are Bryophytes you might ask? Well the easy answer is Moss (and Hornworts and Liverworts)! And it just so happens one of my University courses this semester is all about these tiny little plants! One of our lab classes we went on a field exercise to collect various species of these guys to get a feel for their diversity! So after the day was done and I had collected over 20 different kinds of moss, I had an idea! Why not make my own moss book plates? These are easy to find via google). I can't belie...

http://littlehouseonroundtop.blogspot.com/2009/04/spring-decorating-inspirations.html
Little House on Round Top. Ideas and inspirations on interior design and living the good life on Little Round Top Farm! Tuesday, April 7, 2009. I love interior design and if I had the money, I would change the decor in my house probably every four months. A lot of my furniture are hand me downs. My parents have passed on several beautiful and priceless antiques to us! Most of my other furniture and accessories have come from IKEA, West Elm or World Market which all carry reasonably priced decor. I'm a 30...

Wednesday, March 18, 2009. Easter time is so close! I love Easter. The weather, the long weekend always spent with family. Easter is a reflective time and has a great relaxed feeling about it. Like many Aussie families, we always spend the weekend away at the beach. It's a great tradition and a fun way to farewell Summer for the year. Another thing I love about Easter is the crafts! Freitag, 22. Februar 2013. Frühjahrsputz -Kampf dem Kruscht. Hier liegt Schnee.

Links to this post. Hostes with the Mostess.
