Micah's personality has come out in the last couple months. like a hurricane she blew past the baby and is now constantly into everything and looking to discover what else can can crawl into/under/through and get stuck. OR, why didn't you use another M name? Q: How is it having a boy? A: It's great. We feel more than blessed. So far, other than the obvious fast diaper changes, it hasn't been too different. Dean is quite the flexible, happy baby, but I think that's more to do with his third child status than being a boy.

Sam is responding well to the chemotherapy but his MDS is still persistant. Please keep praying for a complete cure and recovery. The transplant team is still searching for an adult unrelated donor for Sam. They have not found a perfect match but cord blood is still an option. He is saying more and more words and understands just about everything we say. He loves to read books, dance, sing, and play. He is into everything and is really one happy toddler. He is such a blessing and really the pride and joy of his daddy, mommy and grandparents. I'm thankful for every day and we are taking it one day at a time.

I will be admitted tomorrow and then on Saturday I will receive induction chemotherapy treatment over the course of 5 days. On the 6th day I get one dose of radiation.
