These is wat the article said. 1)1st thing rmb, u are not dead. 2)Recognise tt ur body is only a part of who u are. u are greater than the sum of yr physical parts. so dun be preoccupied with ur body or illness. 3)watch the returns of simpsons. 5)However, avoid using humor to put yrself down. 7)Record ur anger and frustrations. U can gain distance and perspective by writing down what u are going through.
