HiStoryThruTheAges: October 2012
http://historythrutheages.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Yes, I am still researching the perfect train for my character to ride on. I am having fun looking at different kinds of trains in our country's history. I love this Shay Geared Locomotive. It's haunting whistle echoes through the countryside bringing the listener back to an earlier era. I can just picture this train in one of my novels. It is worth the hop over to the site just to hear the whistle. In the month of November, I plan on participating in NaNoWriMo. Departure of ...

PrunePicker: Some thoughts on religion.
http://prunepicker.blogspot.com/2015/08/some-thoughts-on-religion.html
Monday, August 10, 2015. Some thoughts on religion. I came across the following in The True Believer by Eric Hofer. The opposite of the religious fanatic is not the fanatical atheist but the gentle cynic who cares not whether there is a God or not. The atheist is a religious person. He believes in atheism as though it was a new religion. He is an atheist with devoutness and unction. To be a true believer. Posted by Chuck Monson. August 10, 2015 at 4:17 PM. That is so sad.
