Divinely Appointed Yarn Thrower: January 2007
http://divinely-appointed-yarn-thrower.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html
Divinely Appointed Yarn Thrower. Sunday, January 28, 2007. I found a 2-needle mitten pattern for a child. It was supposed to be on size 8's for a 6-8 year old child. Since Boo-boo is only a year and a half, I used size 5's. They turned out to be the perfect size! I used some pink Paton's Merino wool that I had leftover from a longie set. And of course, I added a string to keep track of them. NO WAY was I going to have her lose mittens that mama made! My first pair of mittens ever! On the needles right no...

Divinely Appointed Yarn Thrower. Thursday, February 22, 2007. I love the self striping yarn. It would make a great bag! Posted by Sharmista at 6:18 PM. I never want to see a chocolate truffle again. Ever. I made 2 dozen wool chocolates for a play food swap on DiaperSwappers. I'm never doing another handmade swap again. EVER. I mean it this time. Here they are in all their glory. I probably have close to 24 hours of work put in to these things. Did I mention I'm never doing this again? On the other hand&#...

Divinely Appointed Yarn Thrower: March 2007
http://divinely-appointed-yarn-thrower.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Divinely Appointed Yarn Thrower. Sunday, March 25, 2007. See, I really can knit! First up, are a pair of shorties I made for Ruby. The browns and purples will hopefully hide the dirt she is constantly finding. They are a perfect fit. Not bad for my first try. Just don't look at the crotch. My kitchener is less than perfect. Next, a lovely tiny pair of shorties. They are definitely newborn sized. I don't think Rubes could get a thigh in the waist of them. TINY! Posted by Sharmista at 8:11 AM. For a cute l...

I will definitely be making more of these. :-). Posted by Sharmista at 12:59 PM. Wisconsin, United States. View my complete profile. My HC, Cupla Stitches.

Divinely Appointed Yarn Thrower: July 2007
http://divinely-appointed-yarn-thrower.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
Divinely Appointed Yarn Thrower. Sunday, July 22, 2007. Baby Things and Sock Progress. While the boys were away, I concentrated on my knitting projects. I finished a pair of newborn longies and had yarn leftover! I decided on the Top Down Bonnet from Hello Yarn. The figure 8 cast on was a new technique and didn't turn out as neat as I would have liked. But overall, the bonnet turned out very cute. Posted by Sharmista at 11:19 AM. Wednesday, July 11, 2007. This sweater is for a friend's new baby girl :-).
