My dad, step mom and sister came from Houston to visit us for the day. The boys just love them to pieces and enjoy getting to see their Papa Jeff, Nana and Aunt Gabby. Sunday, September 30, 2012. Luke has been anxiously awaiting the day when his loose tooth would finally fall out and today was the day! He has wiggled and twisted that thing to no end and it finally paid off! It just so happens to be right next to the other missing space he has on top, so now there is a pretty large gap there. Monday, June 25, 2012. This summer has been a turning point for our Brady and his swimming skills. He has gone from using floaties in the the pool to not really needing them any more. So, we decided to put him in swimming lessons just to be sure he knows what he is doing before he gets to confident. His first day of lessons was today. He is pictured above with his teacher Ms. McKenzie. She is a really sweet teacher who seems to know a lot about swimming. They went over kicking. And floating on your back.

Wednesday, October 31, 2012. This year we changed things up a little from our normal Halloween festivities. In the past we've always had a group of friends over to our house for a Halloween party followed by trick or treating. We noticed last year though that fewer and fewer homes on our streets were passing out candy. So, we decided to hang out with our new friends from Luke's school this year. Mom and my two big boys! I am translating that as, "this is very uncomfortable mom! It was a great night!

It has been lots of fun and I am realizing how much the boys love to be a part of things that happen in the kitchen. Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Finishing Up With a Bang! The last few weeks of Kindergarten have been so much fun! The whole year has been fun, but this just puts a cherry on top :). First, there was Field Day. If you know Luke, you know how much he likes PE, well Field Day is like PE all day long! He had a blast. I was able to join him for "Jammin in the Gym" which was so much fun. We got to dance together and see some of the songs they have learned this year. Then, they had Pajama Day. Thursday, December 13, 2012. 1st Grade Field Trip. The first graders had a chance to take a field trip today to Dawson High School to see their production of. Talk about fun times! They got to all ride on the bus together and hang out for a little down time in the midst of all of their school work. The play was awesome. The Dawson students did a great job. Luke, Fisher, and Noah with the main character in the play. I had such a great time with my boy and his friends. Cutest little townsperson I know :).
