When I was in Taiwan a friend of mine introduced me to this tradition. So, I try to make a habit of standing an egg on Dragon Boat Festival. So over lunch, I asked the restaurant owner for egg and as document here, I have succeeded at this task. BTW, that is Zongzi ( 粽子. Involved–I’ll get back to this. Now back to b áijiǔ. Shuimushan (水目山) aka Shuimu mountain is about 56 km east of Dali city and the #1 thing to do in Xiangyun County according to trip advisor. And full of imagination.” Therefore, with about 4 hours of daylight left I decided it was the day to bike to Shuimushan. What did I learn about Shuimushan? 1) It has 3 brick Kilns dating back to the Ming dynasty.
