As the weeks passed I have found my 5-6 days a week in the gym have become essential in dealing with my emotions and have given me a sense of self I had been missing. August 10, 2015. Rheumatoid Arthritis…my ongoing experience. For months these episodes continued and I was beginning to feel like a hypochondriac. I was convinced it must have all been in my head because the doctor did test results and could not figure out what it was. At this time I was also suffering from frequent bouts of tonsillitis and so the doctor thought the two might be connected. That December I had my tonsils removed…nothing changed.
