Monday, August 9, 2010. It started as a nice birthday picnic up American Fork Canyon. . But once the cake was cut, Jake, Savannah, and Ashley decided to have a lovely food fight. First it was cake in the face and hair. Then some diet Coke thrown on. Then Savannah put what was left of the baked beans onto Jake. Then he unfolded the washrag………. 160; The girls were not happy. Monday, May 17, 2010. There’s a great little diner on Highway 101 between Port Townsend and Sequim. It’s called Fat Smitty’s. They have HUGE burgers and yummy shakes. We mad a little stop there, much to Jake’s delight! There are dollar bills tacked all over the walls and ceilings, people write their name on them and then stick them up. Wednesday, December 15, 2010. Christmas Cookies and Frosting Fights. It started out peaceful, a nice Sunday afternoon making Christmas cookies. Saturday, April 24, 2010. Last week while Ashley was home for her break between semesters at BYUI, we pulled the other kids out of school and took a little day trip to Mount Vernon to go to the Tulip Festival. We haven't been there in over 10 years. Jake wasn't too thrilled about going to a "flower show", but we had a great time! We had clouds, rain, and then a beautiful afternoon. We started off with a chilly picnic in a park by the river. Nice face SAVANNAH! Then on to Tulip Town, it was beautiful!

Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Our Jake turned 12! We had a busy but fun day which turned into a very late night! First Jake had a basketball game, which they won, yay! Not really an action shot, I know). Then, off to Red Robin. But on the way what do we see? Jake's name at Flowers to Go! They were closed but we stopped for a picture anyway. Not that he wanted a rose. Singing Happy Birthday at Red Robin. Allie gave him these cool sunglasses. Jake's favorite dessert.mmmmm. We sure miss having her here. Here ...

Thursday, February 21, 2013. Last week we took a quick but fun trip to Utah to see Ashley and Jordan sealed in the St. George Temple. It was beautiful and so great to have so many family members there. The weather wasn't quite as warm as we had hoped, but their. Day was sunny and gorgeous. :). The cousins had a great time being together in the condos we rented. I just wish we'd had more time! Jordan trying to beat Charley's jump! 5 of the 7 sisters. This was called "The Crack". Tooooo narrow for me!

Sunday, June 23, 2013. In April, Ashley graduated from BYU Idaho with a degree in Exercise Physiology. We took a short but fun trip to Idaho to be there. We were so proud! Then last week Savannah graduated from CK High School and Olypmic College with her Associated Degree! She worked very hard to get that done. Another proud moment! So proud of our girls!
