Last night I didn't sleep so well. Not because of dystonia, I just had a bad night. BUT this lack of sleep made me a bit twitchy this morning (the medical term of probably something like 'spasmodic tremorts'.). So - very stupidly - I had a huge cup of coffee to wake me up.
