He served for 4 years as vice president and also was the conservation chairman for several years. Dee was also an active member of the state council as conservation chairman. Northshore Trout Unlimited #220. Northshore #220 CHAPTER TROUT UNLIMITED. Article I. Organization and Purposes. The name of the organization shall be Northshore Chapter #220, Trout Unlimited. The purpose of the Chapter shall be to conserve, protect and restore coldwater fisheries and their watersheds. The Chapter shall operate as a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization. Northshore Trout Unlimited #220. Friday, May 31, 2013. 2013 Kids Fishing Clinic. Our annual Kids Fishing Clinic is going to be held on June 1, 2013 at Tracy Owenn Station in Kenmore WA. The event runs from 8am to 12am for kids ages 3-14 and is free. Bring the kids down! The chapter provides all the fishing gear you will need. Thanks to Washington State Department of Wildlife for the donation of this years trout, we typically get over 1000 catchable trout for the event along with a some big ones too.
