I have the wonderful opportunity to spend 6 weeks at the centre of the parelli world.Colorado ISC! This is a journal of my time here. Thursday, June 5, 2008. So, today was fluidity day. In the classroom this morning we did a few simulations, and went through all the strategies for helping us be fluid at different gaits. We had a fluidity makeover too, where we had 2 students come in, and had the faculty help them. That was interesting to watch! After that we were pretty much able to just go experiment.

Yesterday turned out to be Spooky Silhouettes day, not trail riding! Last night, 6 of us decided to go make a campfire somewhere out in the wilderness. It was great fun! We sat and talked, and had a fire, and we ate things called Smores, which are very yummy. It's like crackers with melted marshmallow and chocolate inbetween. So that was very cool!

In the afternoon we played with preparation for saddling! Being able to walk, trot and canter, do transitions, and jump at a walk, trot and canter.
