Friday, January 16, 2009. Drew Manns has a knack for slipping out of custody, but he apparently isn’t very good at avoiding trouble. Last August, he was caught trying to purchase a .38 semi-automatic pistol. In 2007, he escaped from the law twice in a 24-hour period last year.
