Almond banana blueberry muffin (paleo) [Show]. 1 cup mashed banana. 4oz (mini cup) of apple sauce. 1 and 1/2 cups almond meal. 1/2 cup gluten free flour. 1 tsp baking power. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 2 Tbsp almond milk. 1 cup or more of blueberries. Bake 350 for 15 minutes. 4 cups old fashioned oatmeal. 1 cup chopped or sliced raw nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios). Frac12; cup shredded coconut. Frac12; cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds raw. Frac12; cup pure maple syrup. Frac12; teaspoon kosher salt.
