Since the Arduino input can handle less than 5V, I've chosen 1.5V. R2 = ( Vout/Vin) * Rtotal) = ( 1.5V/3V) * 30K. Rtotal-R2 =R1, 30K. Vout = 1.5V. However, I don't have 15K. Ω 22K) ) * 3V) = 2.043V.
