Many of my students find this frustrating, others find it appropriate. And I guess, in a way, it does solidify the notion that no one in Gilead is ever safe, everyone is living on the brink capture. Having taught the novel for a few years, I am familiar with the ‘What? 8217; and the ‘That’s it? Was Nick really an eye?

Year 11 are gearing up for their Pre-Public Examinations (mocks) that begin next week, so they have been working hard on their reading and analysis of unseen non-fiction texts. So, with a range of texts read and analysed, lots of self and peer marking done and a list of top tips created (see below) there are no excuses for year 11 not to ace this exam. Let’s hope they remember those all important highlighters Monday morning! GOOD LUCK YEAR 11!
