This week we finished up chapter 4 by looking at the concepts of diversity jurisdiction and concurrent jurisdiction. We then revised all of federal courts and had a short pop quiz on the area. Next week we will be starting on state courts and discussing the death penalty. So please do some background reading on the death penalty in the United States.
