There is a lot to do and if you a gardener you have to make sure there are watering systems or babysitters organised for your precious plants. In fact, it reminded us of our caravanning holidays. Monday, September 14, 2015. Here is the workout for Wednesday. We will do our normal 1 lap warm up, then alternate between 600 and 700 meters. We will start with a 600, then walk 200 meters to the start line. Next we will run 700 meters, then only walk 100 meters to the start line. So adjust your pace accordingly, if you need to.
