The construction of the O'Brien Road Footpath on the edge of the Charles and Motee Rogers Bushland Reserve has begun. These photos show the progress and stages of the construction process. The Orange tape around the trees on the edge of the reserve is to show the areas in which the footpath will need to be raised over tree roots to ensure they aren't damaged during the footpath construction.

Friends of Rogers Reserve Group. The Nature Trail at the Charles and Motee Rogers Bushland Reserve is a low impact short bush walk in Highfields, South East Queensland. From the walk start at 3 Community Court, the walk winds around the edges of the reserve and finishes at Rogers Drv, where you follow a footpath back to reserve entrance. The walk length is 1.2km. The reserve path is made from crushed blue-metal gravel and while the path is relatively flat, it may not be suitable for all wheelchair types.
