Crossing Canada, Hugging Farmers, Celebrating Food. The Journey So Far. The Journey So Far. I started this journey in May with the intention of crossing Canada over the course of 6 months, Wwoofing (volunteering) on a different farm each week and finally returning to New Brunswick in December. This is the story so far…. From Moncton I flew to Vancouver, but couldn’t face the big city so caught a bus and ferry to Victoria. Where I Couchsurfed with Diana, left my Newfoundland pebbles. Ucluelet, near Tofino.

Crossing Canada, Hugging Farmers, Celebrating Food. The Journey So Far. Wolfville or It Ain’t Over ‘Til…. I wasn’t sure when I would officially end this particular journey; My last farm? After exactly 6 months? I had thought that I would deposit them close to my former home in Grande-Digue, but today, when Melanie (my new housemate) suggested we took a walk on the beach, I realised that this was the final resting place for both myself and my rocks. Well, until the next time…. Date : December 19, 2009.
