I am falling to pieces. A little injury for some has triggered a downer, I am just fed up of my body failing me, and since then my diet has been suffering. I feel like a failure. This is a space to share, rant and come to terms with my everyday challenges and thoughts. 2015 has been a great year and year of change. Went to Majorica for a week. Reduced my hospital admission by 75%. Came off all Benefits. Got a job (30 Hour a week). Saw the Night Glow at the Ballon Fiesta. Had a birthday I was proud to tell people about. Moved in with a man! Completed level 2 of my degree. Started a help to buy ISA.

Fostair 100/6 (2Puffs) BD- Combination inhaler. Ciclesonide 180mcg (2 puffs) BD- Steroid inhaler. Uniphyllin Continus 300mg BD- Bronchodilor, opens the airways. Levocetirizine 5mg OD- Antihistamine. Omeprazole 40mg BD- Anti-reflux. Risedronate Sodium 5 mg OD- Help protect my bones. Baclofen 10mg TDS- Used to tighten muscles in my stomach mainly.

Fighting for Breath 2016. May 6 and 7, 2016 in Toronto. In May 2016, the Asthma Society of Canada is bringing together researchers, clinicians, patients, policy makers and other stakeholders to examine the complex health, social and economic issues related to Severe Asthma. Severe Asthma impacts the health and well-being of as many as 250,000 Canadians. It reduces the social, financial and health outcomes for people who suffer from this debilitating form of asthma. Canadians die due to asthma each year.

I can now say I have controlled asthma, this has made a massive difference in my life. I haven’t taken any time off sick from work, Im happy and loving life. Though I still have depressive moments I am so much happier. 2015 has been a great year and year of change. Went to Majorica for a week. Came off all Benefits.
