Before & After Photos. All sessions are tailored to client needs; therefore session lengths and the number of days per week are dependent on your goals. The first session will involve a full evaluation of your fitness level and provide a customized nutrition guide and training outline. The following are general guidelines I recommend:. One session per week for maintenance or direction. Two sessions per week for fat loss or muscle gain. Three sessions per week for the fastest rate of fat loss.
